FARLEY John Latham Farley, 67, of Richmond, died Sunday, January 16, 2000. He is survived by four brothers, Daniel F. Farley, Carroll X. Farley, David M. Farley and Sherin L.

He is survived by his wife, Genevieve L. Garner; and a sister, Jane Garner Tomasello of Richmond. Mr. Garner attended VMI, served in the U.S. Army in WWII and retired from the U.S.

Army Reserves as a Command Sergeant Major. He was member of the Selby Bay and West River Yacht Clubs and was Commodore of the Potomac River Power Squadron. Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, January 23 at Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home, East Braddock Road in Alexandria. Mr.

BEAGLE Donald Merrill Beagle born March 25, 1930 in Alexandria, died Sunday, January 16, He is preceded in death by his parents, Merrill and Edith Knight Beagle; and a son, Jon Beagle. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Graziani Beagle; a sister, Katherine Elizabeth Beagle; and an aunt, Marian I Knight Redmond, "both of Alexandria, his children, Andrea Hilborn, Matthew, Paul, and Patrick Beagle; his grandchildren, Anthony, Amanda, Alexandra, Ashton, Kevin, Allison, Jeb, and Andrew; his step-grandchildren, Scott and Jennifer; his step-great-grandchildren, Alexis and Guinevere. He "Dandy Beagle" Beagle and Sooper a local television children's program that ran for 13 years on WTVR, Channel 6. It has the distinction of being the longest running local children's program in the country. While there he helped begin "Carnivals for Dystrophy" as co-chair with Jerry Lewis. He was with WRVA radio as program director, then with the Virginia Department of Health as an information officer from which he retired in 1992. He was a graduate of George Washington High School in Alexandria and a theatre major at R.P.I.

(now VCU). He and his partner and friend, Bill Adams, were inducted into the Richmond Broadcasters Hall of Fame in May 1999. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1948 to 1954. 23225. CAMPBELL Mary Frances Garrison Campbell, 65, died January 16, 2000 at the Medical College of Virginia after having survived 13 years with chronic myelocytic leukemia. She received her nursing degree from Rockingham Memorial School of Nursing in 1955. She was a registered nurse at Richmond Eye and Ear Hospital for 21 years until her retirement in January 1997 but continued to work part time until March 1999. She was a faithful parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and will be remembered as a truly loving wife and mother.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Eula Mae Garrison of Elkton, Va. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Louis Wheat Campbell her father, Escue E. During his years in T.C. Williams Law School, Pete served in the 80th Division Reserve on the Headquarters General's staff. Mr. Johnson served his country in the Active Army Reserve from 1959 to 1965.

He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 6546 of St. Edward's and was a past Grand Knight and past Faithful Navigator. He was active in the American Legion Post 354 where, among many" offices, he served as the Post Commander. His remains rest at the Bliley Funeral Home's Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull St. Rd.

A native of Southampton County, she was the daughter of the late William Selathius Lowe and Lula Mae Raiford Lowe. A birthright member of Corinth Friends Meeting and very active in the Ladies Aid Society, she was a community leader, having served as president of the PTA, a member of the Ivor Women's Club and worked as a volunteer for the Pink Lady Auxiliary at Southampton Memorial Hospital in Franklin.

She was the wife of the late Robert Herman Barnes, and for a short while a member of Millfield Baptist Church along with her husband, the late Russell C. "Buck" Knapp. Predeceased by her son, Joseph Herman Barnes, she is survived by her daughters, Kathleen B. Pulley and her husband, the late Marvin Pulley of Surprise, Ann B. Parks and her husband, Ronald Worth Parks of Jamestown, N.C.; beloved daughter-in-law, Edith Harris Barnes, wife of the late Joe Barnes; stepson, Russell C.

Mr. Minor was a World War I United States Navy veteran.
